(A) Preoperative skin defect on the dorsal aspect of second metatarsal and necrosis of third toe. (B) Skin defect on the dorsal aspect of second and third metatarsal after excision of the metatarsal head. (C) Postoperative coverage with fillet flap of third toe, along with partial necrosis of flap. (D) Complete wound healing at one month postoperative follow-up.
